Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Where is Drainage Solutions, Inc. located?
A: Drainage Solutions, Inc. facilities are located in Franklin, IN just 20 miles south of downtown Indianapolis.

Q: Where does my order ship from?
A: Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Franklin, IN.  In some cases we will ship product directly from the manufacturer in order to get it to you as quickly as    possible.

Q: Do you have a local distributor close to me?
A: As a national distributor we process all orders thru Franklin, IN customer service center.
